Mounting the TECH 1

Downrigger Install-Use the bracket for the pattern. Use a pilot hole first then the 5/8” bit. Install with 5200 for bedding. The backing plate can be either the supplied washer or you can install a single large custom plate for all four.

Tank Rack Install-Make you you consider the length and number of tanks for your rail system. It is recommended to have no less than 3 Fasteners for a four tank rail. The rail may still eventually deform. Follow the pilot hole method described above.

Dredge Mount Install-Follow the same method for Downrigger but it is suggested that a single backing plate for all four Fasteners be used.

Block and Pulley Install-A single Fastener can handle around 100,000 psi. consider your application and mounting surface. A larger backing plate may be prudent as the mounting substrate will likely be the weakest link. Follow the pilot hole install method.
